Fall family favorite: ground lamb chili! 🌶️

Thank you so much to all of our friends and family who contributed to help us raise over $6000 (with a 100% match) to feed families in El Paso. This will provide close to 85,000 meals in our community! Special shout out to our grandmother for helping us with this project @joyceefei We learned that over one-third of all families in El Paso are food insecure. We got to tour the new food studio where people can learn how to cook nutritious food. Gluten-free crispy chicken Caesar salad for the win tonight! 🥗

We had a great day with our new friends, Jiya and Eva, who have celiac disease. We cooked a gluten-free lunch of three cheese mac, quesadillas, watermelon, and lots of fun snacks! We swam and swapped stories on restaurants and our favorite foods. We’re going to make this group official and include other parents and kids in our community with the same diagnosis. @tadkins02 @jodycasey
