Maple Miso Glazed Brussels Sprouts

You can get anyone to eat their greens with these glazed sprouts. Packed with umami-goodness and a touch of sweetness from the maple, these crisp up so well in the oven or air-fryer.

RECIPE

ingredients:

2lb Brussels Sprouts

1/3 cup olive oil

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp white miso

Salt + pepper, to taste

Prepare your sprouts by cutting them in halves or quarters. The more surface area they’ve got, the more flavor they’ll hold and the crispier they’ll get.

Whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup and miso. The miso may be a bit difficult to incorporate but keep at it and you’ll break it up.

In a bowl, combine the cut sprouts and the glaze. Toss until the sprouts are all coated with glaze.

Place the glazed sprouts on a baking sheet and season with salt + pepper, to taste. Roast, uncovered, at 400F degrees for about 20-25 mins or until golden and crispy.
