Hearty Lamb Chili

The easiest, tastiest and heartiest lamb chili comes together in less than half an hour and is sure to warm your bones on these chilly winter days.

RECIPE:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Lamb

  • 1 Yellow Onion

  • 3-4 cloves Garlic

  • 2 tsp Cumin

  • GF Dark Soy Sauce

  • 1 can Westbrae Natural Chili Beans

  • 1 can chopped Italian tomatoes

  • salt + pepper

  • TOPPINGS: jalapeño, sour cream/creme fraiche, cheese, cilantro, onion, corn tortilla chips

Directions:

  • Sauté onion and garlic on low-medium heat until translucent.

  • Add ground lamb and cumin. Once it has browned, add chili beans and tomatoes.

  • Add a splash of gf dark soy sauce to deepen the flavors of your chili.

  • Let your chili simmer for about 15-20 minutes and it’s ready to go!

  • Serve with your choice of toppings like sour cream, cheese and Hunter’s fave, crushed tostadas!
